Return and exchanges
All orders can be returned/exchanged within 30 days after the date of delivery for a full refund, with proof of purchase.
- Replacements are offered if the item is defective and within 30 days of being purchased
*damages caused by regular wear do not qualify for a replacement. - After an exchange is made, the item(s) do not qualify for refunds.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after being delivered and received.
- Due to our limited stock, we cannot guarantee replacements or exchanges to 100%, if the item you wish is out of stock you will have the possibility to pick a different item for a replacement.
- Return labels will be provided only for damaged or defective products within the policy time.
- Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns with a company-provided label
Securely pack your item(s) in the original packaging.
Add a note with your order number and state the reason for return:
Damaged - replacement- exchange
Ship the item(s) back within the next three business days.
Returns without label
You may use your own shipping method. We highly recommend using a shipper who provides a tracking number so you can track your shipment. Please be sure to retain this tracking number for your records. Karma and luck are not responsible for packages lost in transit if sent via a non-trackable carrier.

Cancellation
If you have placed an order within 5 hours you may request a cancellation for a full refund.
